A neighbour of the Nanaimo Lakes Road residence said that [on or around Canada Day] he saw "what looked like a body in a hammock" in the backyard of 827 Nanaimo Lakes Road, around the time that Lisa Marie Young went missing. Soon after, he saw "equipment moving a lot of soil around in the backyard".[1]

The neighbour said he reported this to RCMP at the time[1], however there was no response.
