<!-- This report to the Nanaimo RCMP may have taken place on Canada Day, as were Lisa's parents' first several calls to RCMP (which were originally deferred 48 hours). It's conceivable that the detachment had improper staffing levels for the Canada Day long weekend/Nanaimo Bathtub Festival, and also possible that Lisa could have been saved, had police acted immediately. --> | <!-- This report to the Nanaimo RCMP may have taken place on Canada Day, as were Lisa's parents' first several calls to RCMP (which were originally deferred 48 hours).
