RCMP failed to question bar patrons or Lisa’s friends

On October 8, 2020, MP Paul Manly told the House of Commons that, after Lisa's disappearance, RCMP investigators did not question patrons of the bar, nor most of Lisa's friends.[1]
This would normally be one of the first steps in a “missing person” investigation.
