Lead investigator: "RCMP no longer works with Crime Stoppers"
From lisamarieyoung.ca
Summary
The lead investigator assigned to Lisa's case claimed that the RCMP no longer works with Crime Stoppers.
Detail
This story seems extremely unlikely, but others were told the same thing, directly by Cpl. Muntener, in an apparent attempt to manipulate callers into identifying themselves. And yet the British Columbia Government's website recommends calling Crime Stoppers.
